Items purchased from our online store can be returned via post to our Online Warehouse or in person at any of our PETstock stores nationally.
If you would like to post the item back to our Online Warehouse, please submit a returns request via the form here:
Please include your name, phone number, the name of the product in question and your reason for return (e.g. faulty item, change of mind etc).
Once submitted, you will receive an email notification confirming your request. Please include the ticket ID from this email with the item you are returning. The ticket ID is your Returns ID number.
